Frequently Asked Questions

What file types can I upload?

PDF, JPG, PNG, or TIFF. Export Illustrator or Photoshop designs to PDF — native .ai, .eps, and .psd files are not supported in the online artwork editor.

What is bleed and why does it matter?

Bleed is extra artwork that extends past the trim line (often about 0.125" per edge). Extend your background and colors into the bleed so there are no white edges after your print is cut to size.

What resolution should my artwork be?

Aim for about 300 DPI at the final print size for JPG, PNG, and TIFF. PDFs with embedded images should meet the same bar. Low-resolution files can print blurry or pixelated.

How do I know my file is print-ready?

Select your size and upload on the product page to open the preview editor. It runs instant bleed, safe-area, and resolution checks so you can fix issues before adding to cart.

Can I get a proof before you print?

Yes. Add the online proof option at checkout and we'll send a digital proof for your approval before production begins. Without it, we print your submitted file as-is.

Which size should I choose?

Each product page lists available sizes with trim, bleed, and safe-area specs once you select a size. Our size guides cover standard dimensions for the most common products.
